Piping / Mechanical Planner – Maintenance Scheduler   April 2011 to Present

 

Provide services for all phases of construction and maintenance projects including but not limited to:
Safety risk assessments, design, coordination with engineering, cost estimation and approvals, manpower requirements, scheduling and coordination between crafts, coordination between maintenance and operational departments, equipment reliability, preventive maintenance programs, commissioning,

material needs and purchasing. Supervision of outside contractors and any other maintenance needs required to keep daily plant operations in a reliable and safe operating status. Entering all applicable information into a Maintenance Software program to generate work orders for Maintenance Technicians.

Entering said work orders into a scheduling data base and arranging the schedule accordingly per

Production and Plant needs. Coordinating with all pertinent personnel on a routine daily basis.
